Bournville women will be holding their first ever Skillz Camp during January at KEGS (B5 7SP) from 10am till 1pm. This is your chance to repeatedly practice skills of your choice until you perfect your body position, your muscle memory, your stick use and your confidence. Four skills will be available each hour and you can rotate between or remain on the same station.

Coaches will be available to give guidance but this is mainly about practice makes perfect.
