Fluid intake over the summer is in full swing so my training is well up to date! Hope yours is too. All 4th teamers have to turn up to club day in loud garish shirts and bermuda shorts for club day. Failure to do so will result in huge fines to start the season off! Also attendance is compulsory at club day and no "I am on holiday in the Maldives" excuses will be tolerated! Be there guys and uphold the honour of Birmingham, nay England's greatest team!
