Men's training takes place at 7.30pm every Tuesday at King Edward's Girls School. Incorporating fitness, skills and match tactics, these are sessions not to be missed. The first 45 minutes will be everyone together before breaking off into teams.

Ladies Training

Ladies training is every Wednesday between 7.30 - 9pm at the furthest astro at King Edward's Girls School. We welcome anyone who would like to come and try the club. Get in touch if you have questions in advance or turn up on the night and we'll make sure to make you welcome!

Training is varied from week to week with a focus on different skills. The sessions consist of fitness, some stick and ball drills and shooting practice and normally end on a game.
