  1. Knowledge of the management structure of Bournville Hockey Club
  2. Knowledge of the structure of County, Regional and National organisations
  3. Always available

SKILLS

  1. Basic administration

  3. Maintain records
  4. Basic IT skills

ROLES

  1. Be the main point of contact for people within and outside the club on just about every aspect of the club's activities.
  2. Be the principal administrator for the club
  3. To carry out or delegate all of the administrative duties thereby enabling the club and its members to function effectively
  4. To work alongside the treasurer to see that all affiliation/registration documents are accurate and are paid on time
  5. Organise, attend and take minutes at all Committee meetings and AGM
  6. Deal with Club correspondence
  7. Maintain Club membership database
